Job Overview
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) accountable for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and coaches and develops the team.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Account Sales Managers.
Drive sales volume and meet or exceed sales targets.
Track and report KPIs, ensuring consistent execution of in‑store strategies.
Develop and deliver training and performance management for ASM staff.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and DOT medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
Travel 0‑10%.
