Summary
A Facility Management Account Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the relationships between our company and our clients.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their facility management needs and requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement strategic plans for each client account to meet their specific facility management goals.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of services.
Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure all assigned accounts are compliant.
Site branding appearance.
Site procedures manual.
Employee training and development of Site Leaders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs.
Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during the contract.
Provide regular updates to clients on service performance, key metrics, and any relevant changes or improvements.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on account status, performance, and recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments such as operations, sales, and marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction and business growth.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in service delivery.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance service offerings.
Engage with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
Foster a positive and collaborative relationship between Striden and the client.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, facility management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the facility management industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of facility management practices, regulations, and industry trends.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Ability to travel outside of home territory for project support, implementation, etc.
