Marketing Operations Manager II Pricing experience is MUST HAVE
Duties Day-to-day execution and administration of pricing, promotions, and vouchers, including thorough quality assurance and audit compliance.
Document and maintain process SOPs for the use of commerce systems.
Analyze, translate, and use data to generate meaningful insights and support sound business decisions or proposals.
Work effectively as a team member and provide support during peak tax seasonalities to manage programs.
Understand the end-to-end customer experience, from advertising to in-product and all pricing touch points, to facilitate effective quality control and troubleshooting.
Stay connected and involved through all campaigns, price tests, and seasonal changes/updates to enable quick pivots when needed.
Proactively identify risks and/or root causes, determine a course of action, and act decisively while balancing speed, agility, and quality.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to consult on strategy, understand objectives, and develop improved ways of achieving outcomes.
Promote technology and process improvements by understanding customer needs and recommending automation opportunities through AI.
