About the Opportunity
We're looking for a high-impact, execution-focused Chief Marketing & Growth Officer (CMGO) to lead marketing, brand growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, sales enablement, and overall revenue expansion for a rapidly growing organization.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role focused only on branding strategy. We're looking for a growth-minded executive who builds scalable marketing systems, drives measurable revenue, optimizes customer acquisition, and creates accountability across marketing and sales.

The ideal candidate has experience leading modern marketing organizations with strong expertise in digital marketing, paid advertising, direct-to-consumer marketing strategies, customer acquisition, lead generation, CRM optimization, and growth-focused sales support. This individual should be highly analytical, execution-oriented, and capable of identifying underperforming systems and implementing scalable growth solutions.

This role is for a highly independent leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and can build, optimize, or rebuild systems for structure, accountability, and growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing and growth strategy

Build scalable lead generation systems that directly support revenue growth

Align marketing, sales, and operational teams around measurable business goals

Develop and manage paid advertising strategies, including pay-per-click (PPC), paid social media, digital campaigns, retargeting, and customer acquisition funnels

Lead direct-to-consumer marketing and customer acquisition initiatives

Identify and implement new and emerging marketing channels and growth opportunities

Evaluate and improve underperforming marketing and sales processes

Create accountability metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures

Optimize CRM systems, pipeline visibility, customer journey mapping, and conversion tracking

Improve market penetration, customer acquisition, customer retention, and brand visibility

Lead digital marketing, field marketing, content strategy, email marketing, SEO, paid media, and sales enablement initiatives

Analyze marketing performance data and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI

Develop high-performing internal teams and external agency or vendor partnerships

Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Bring structure, discipline, accountability, and execution to fast-moving environments

Ideal Background

Experience building scalable marketing systems and operational processes

Strong CRM, analytics, attribution, and revenue operations experience

Experience leading high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced environments
