Account Executive (Mid-Market) – SaaS / Media Technology
Location: Charlotte, NC (in-office)

Overview
Our client is building a new sales team and is looking for Account Executives who want to own pipeline, close deals, and be part of scaling the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and loves building relationships. You will own the full sales cycle in a mid-market segment and play a direct role in driving growth across North America.

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of deals from initial outreach through final close, including discovery, presentations, and contract execution

Actively generate new opportunities through outbound efforts across multiple channels

Assess customer needs and align them with the most relevant solutions

Lead consultative conversations and deliver customized product walkthroughs

Build, manage, and continuously advance a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities

Execute multi-channel engagement strategies using phone, email, social, and video

Partner with sales leadership to refine strategy, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive performance

Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale

Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates and lead quality

Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data within HubSpot

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of Account Executive experience (SaaS preferred)

Experience closing deals, not just supporting them

Comfortable owning both pipeline generation and closing

Ability to run a structured sales process and manage multiple deals

Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts

High accountability and willingness to be in-office and part of the team

This is an in-office role in Charlotte

Nice to Have

Experience in media, streaming, advertising, or adjacent SaaS markets

Existing relationships that can help generate early conversations

Background selling into mid-market accounts
