Position Summary / Job Duties
Marketing Support Intern for hospitality and lifestyle brands. Supports brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue across multiple hospitality businesses. This role involves content creation, event promotion, social media management, campaign execution, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Lead weekly check‑ins and 5‑point business reviews for each client.
Maintain strong relationships with business owners through monthly meetings and ongoing communication.
Ensure client information is accurate and up‑to‑date across platforms.
Develop and maintain client to‑do lists and ensure timely execution.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and event launches.
Identify and target key customer segments.
Oversee creation and distribution of weekly email marketing campaigns.
Manage advertising campaigns (paid social, event promotions, etc.).
Develop and execute press and influencer strategies for each brand.
Content & Social Media Management
Oversee content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Approve and manage content calendars for all brands.
Ensure consistent posting schedules and brand voice.
Monitor trends and integrate relevant content ideas.
Coordinate content creation requests between clients, interns, and creatives.
Events & Promotions
Plan, promote, and execute events.
Create and distribute promotional materials.
Ensure events are listed and promoted across platforms.
Track performance and optimize future events.
Brand Presence & Partnerships
Maintain and optimize Google Business profiles.
Manage review generation and response strategies.
Execute cross‑promotions and local partnerships.
Engage with online communities.
Operations & Systems Management
Build and maintain systems using Airtable and Google Sheets.
Track marketing calendars, campaigns, and deliverables across brands.
Maintain organized databases (collabs, outreach, influencers).
Record and document meetings, strategies, and outcomes.
Team & Intern Management
Manage and delegate tasks to interns.
Ensure interns execute consistently and correctly.
Build repeatable workflows and training systems.
Monitor communication channels and task completion.
Analytics & Optimization
Track performance across campaigns, events, and content.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Report key insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
2+ years of full‑time or internship experience in marketing.
Junior or Senior undergrad or graduate students encouraged to apply.
Available 10–20 hours a week in a hybrid setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to execute quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, and social scheduling platforms is a plus.

Physical Demands
This role is primarily office‑based with occasional on‑site event support. Minimal physical requirements; occasional walking may be required for capturing content or posting flyers. Must be comfortable using a smartphone to take photos or videos during events or on‑site.
