Job Overview
Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing organization, supporting multiple brands. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a Social Media Manager to elevate their digital presence and bring social media strategy in‑house. This role will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategy across multiple brands under one umbrella. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to produce engaging content, manage multiple platforms, and elevate brand presence to an expert level. This is a hands‑on role with visibility across leadership and the opportunity to shape the company’s social media strategy as it continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media strategy across 3–5 brands

Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and company websites

Develop short‑form content, visual storytelling, and brand messaging aligned with company initiatives

Support investor‑facing updates, operational milestones, and brand awareness campaigns

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement

Assist in the creation of marketing decks and presentations

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather content and ensure brand consistency

Support email
ewsletter content related to company offerings and updates

Occasionally attend events or coordinate content capture with team members

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation

Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously

Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies

Proficiency across major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X)

Experience with analytics tools and reporting

Strong writing, communication, and creative skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
