Job Description

Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share, meeting relevant sales goals.

Works within stated guidelines to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, generating revenue and deepening share of wallet.

Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.

Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of client needs and financial well‑being, increasing engagement and loyalty.

Manages a network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry contacts, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, enhancing the client experience with the full range of PNC’s products and services.

Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex requests, using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree and 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Licenses
Public Finance & Healthcare – SIE, Series 52 & 63 (79 optional) within 180 days of employment; Corporate Finance SIE, 79 and 63 (7 optional/with manager approval) within 180 days of employment; Asset Backed Finance SIE, 7, 79 and 63 within 180 days of employment. Other appropriate licenses may be required at the discretion of the manager.
