The Monks Account Manager is a vital contributor and facilitator of successful project execution for Chevrolet. As a steward of the brand, the role oversees day‑to‑day project timelines, budgets, and executional details. Working under Chevrolet account leads, the Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor and partner to clients and internal teams, maintaining a keen eye on detail and staying attuned to automotive trends.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Facilitate creative development, including scheduling kick-off meetings, managing timelines, client feedback, legal and product reviews, and ensuring the successful delivery of final materials

Facilitate multiple workstreams through production and administration of client management

Collaborate with internal and external cross‑agency teams from conception through completion

Organize and maintain project details and backup information

Maintain project status reports and other internal and client‑facing documents that track work and financial administration

Consistently meet quality, productivity, and timeliness standards

What You Bring

3‑5 years of experience in facilitating digital creative and/or production in an agency setting

Experience working with cross‑functional teams to deliver work in a fast‑paced environment

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail

A solutions‑oriented approach with inherent curiosity

Ability to operate in a nimble and evolving team environment

Eagerness to learn and comfort in asking questions to enhance automotive industry knowledge

Foundational understanding of client financials and budget management

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including professional and casual styles

Experience with project‑management tools (WorkFront, JIRA, Monday.com, Asana, etc.)

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)
