Sr. AV Technician

Our client is looking for an On-Site IT & AV Technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the go-to problem solver. This role blends hands‑on technical support with advanced audio‑visual troubleshooting, supporting everything from collaboration tools to enterprise meeting spaces. If you enjoy working directly with end users, tackling complex issues, and keeping critical systems running smoothly, this is a role where you can make an immediate impact.

Compensation: 42-45/hr

What You’ll Do

Provide on‑site technical support for PCs, Macs, applications, network connectivity, and AV systems, resolving issues efficiently and within SLA expectations
Configure, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Surface Hubs, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron systems, and related AV technologies
Deliver white glove/VIP support and event or meeting assistance, ensuring seamless user experiences
Manage hardware assets including shipping, receiving, tracking, installation, and lifecycle management
Utilize ServiceNow for ticket prioritization, documentation, and status tracking while collaborating with cross‑functional and network operations teams
What Gets You the Job

Hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and enterprise AV equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
Experience diagnosing network connectivity issues and providing remote hands support
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑moving, high‑demand environments
Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset
