Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer to join our team. This dual role requires strong design expertise and effective administrative coordination. In this position, you will help ensure our product packaging and digital assets are accurate, on‑brand, and optimized for retail success. While we encourage the exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows, we value a "design‑first" mentality where quality is never sacrificed for automation.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Quality Control:

Conduct rigorous reviews of packaging files to identify errors in layout, features, or specifications. Ensure all designs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines. Collaborate with leadership to create and refine brand and packaging guidelines for a diverse product portfolio.

E-Commerce Asset Creation:

Design high‑quality images and graphics specifically tailored for .com listings to drive conversion and brand consistency.

Renderings:

Create professional shipper and packaging renderings based on specific project requests, working under the direct guidance of the Creative Director.

Marketing Support:

Support marketing initiatives, including review responses, analysis, and related tasks.

Qualifications

Adobe Expert:

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are essential).

Detail Obsessed:

You are the person who catches the typo or the 1‑pixel misalignment that everyone else misses.

Technologically Curious:

Open to exploring and implementing AI tools where they add genuine value to the creative process.

Collaborative Spirit:

Ability to work seamlessly between the strategic vision of the EVP of Marketing and the creative execution of the Creative Director.

Nice to Haves

Experience in

videography

and video editing.

Experience in consumer electronics or retail‑focused design.
