Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

Support the preparation of marketing and communications materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality presentation

Coordinate timelines, content, and deliverables for internal and external clients

Graphic Design & Creative

Design and produce materials such as:

Internal and external marketing materials

Banners and signage (indoor/outdoor)

Presentations

Event programs / agendas

Branded swag (shirts, hats, giveaways)

Handouts / leave-behinds

Project highlight videos

Project signageEnsure brand standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints

Prepare files for print and digital distribution

Digital Marketing Support

Support social media planning and execution, particularly for project highlights and recruiting

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

Collaboration & Operations Support

Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (photos, renderings, templates)

Support event marketing, including industry events and career fairs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field

2–4 years of experience in marketing or graphic design (construction, AEC, or professional services preferred)

Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design, branding, and production work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Experience Level: Intermediate Level

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay And Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
