Role Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee the onboarding team and ensure all inbound enquiries are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong focus on conversion. This role is critical in shaping the customer journey from first contact through to signed contract, while maintaining a high standard of service and promoting the excellence of our homes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage the onboarding/sales support team
Develop and optimize processes to maximize inbound enquiry conversion
Ensure prompt, consistent, and high-quality responses to all leads
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where needed
Maintain a strong focus on customer experience at every touchpoint
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead generation efforts
Support team members in closing sales and handling complex client needs
Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in homebuilding, construction, or a related industry
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Track record of improving conversion rates and sales processes
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
