Copywriter (CW) collaborates with the copy team on brands and is responsible for researching, creating, and writing copy that reflects the client’s strategy. The CW supports the generation of unique and innovative materials for brand(s)/client(s) and develops text from draft stage through final copy.

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and interpret data from clinical studies, presentations, and published papers.

Create original, compelling copy content aligned with strategy and brand language.

Proof and edit all copy, paying strict attention to copy/art agreement details.

Collaborate with Art Directors and Editorial to ensure content is displayed correctly.

Maintain adherence to legal requirements, client referencing, and agency process.

Collaborate across departments (Editorial, Account, Strategy, Project Management).

Communicate deadlines, revisions, quality control, and new work to team members.

Proactively propose ideas and suggestions to supervisors.

Organize materials logically to create compelling narrative/story flow.

Support creative approaches to communicate brand personalities for campaigns and individual materials.

Contribute innovative ideas aligned with clients’ marketing strategy and audience needs.

Complete administrative duties timely: timesheets, expenses, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

Education: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in marketing or advertising business.

Required portfolio of strong and consistent writing ability.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization, goal‑setting, and scheduling abilities.

Effective team collaboration and environment building.

Problem‑solving skills, identifying causes and selecting solutions.

Creative mindset and willingness to explore new ideas.

Attention to detail and self‑editing skills.

Strong communication, attentive, and expresses ideas clearly.

Engaged and motivated with a keen interest in the subject.

Understanding of marketing plans, referencing, fact‑checking, and agency process.

Knowledge of managed markets and healthcare ecosystem; experience working with clinical data and health economics data.

Salary
$60,000 to $80,000 annually
