Position Profile
As the Internal Communications Coordinator on the Culture Transformation team, you will support the delivery of thoughtful, clear, and consistent communications that reflect our culture and bring our employee experience to life. You will partner closely with the People Operations team and firm leaders to help share important updates, elevate our people, and strengthen connection across the firm.

You bring early experience. You hold a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, human resources, business, or a related field and have up to 1 year of experience through internships, campus leadership roles, or similar experience supporting communications or employee engagement.

What You’ll Do

Write, edit, and support the distribution of internal communications across the firm, including newsletters, updates, leadership messages, and firmwide announcements, ensuring content is clear and aligned with Weaver’s tone and employee experience goals.

Support the creation of presentations, talking points, and meeting materials for leadership, team meetings, and firmwide events.

Assist in managing and updating SharePoint intranet pages, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and easy for employees to access.

Support the development and maintenance of communication calendars in partnership with operations teams.

Partner with stakeholders across operations teams and local offices to gather content and support execution of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

Help promote employee engagement initiatives and internal programs that strengthen connection across Weaver.

Track and organize communications activity, engagement metrics, and distribution lists using internal tools and systems.

Use tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Copilot, Contact Monkey, and Canva to support content creation and execution.

Stay informed on firm updates and ensure employees receive timely, relevant, and meaningful communications.

Provide input to support continuous improvement of internal communications and employee engagement efforts.

Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

0-2 years of general work experience.

Highly skilled at writing business communications.

Comfortable interacting with people virtually and in person to cross‑functionally support teams within the firm.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented.

Effectively apply written and verbal communication skills.

Operate a computer and a variety of software programs, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the corporate world.

Skilled in working with Canva.

Skilled in working with Contact Monkey or other internal communication software.
