Job Description
The sales Coordinator communicates with the customers to track and maintain on‑time deliverables and is the main point of contact for customer information regarding shipment and order tracking. They support the sales team with order entry, order acknowledgments, and general customer‑related information.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software

Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support daily activities of the sales team.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Provide training on how to use stow Calculator.

Calculate and prepare quotations with sales interaction and guidance.

Advise customers by phone and email of any changes to shipping or on‑time delivery.

Enter orders in SAP and ensure they are processed per customer requirements, and that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Handle commercial and administrative communication with customers.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient sales and delivery operations.

Process sales orders accurately.

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery, and inquiries.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle customer complaints and escalations to the sales team as necessary.

Salary Range
$65,000 to $80,000
