$45,000 to $52,000

Shift Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with rotating weekends

Responsibilities

Be an empathetic empathizer: understand the importance of empathy and connect with potential residents and families during a stressful and emotional time.

Be a communicator of knowledge: enter lead information accurately into the database and provide complete, helpful information on senior living and next-step options.

Be a lead base liaison: cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued.

Be a hospitable host: ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th‑grade proficiency.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Positive and energetic attitude.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Can follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills.

Crime‑free with a criminal background check.

Good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks; must pass a health screening by a physician within six months prior to or seven days after employment. Must be free of pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening.
