$46,800 to $60,000 per year

Shift Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with rotating weekends

Responsibilities

Empathetic Empathizer – Create human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time.

Communicator of Knowledge – Enter lead information accurately and thoroughly into the database and provide leads with all necessary and helpful information about senior living, as well as next‑step options in their search.

Lead Base Liaison – Cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base.

Hospitable Host – Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record as required by the insurance carrier.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th‑grade proficiency level.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Positive and energetic attitude.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills when needed.

Criminal background clearance.

Good health and physical and mental capability to perform assigned tasks; a health screening by a physician performed no more than six months prior to or seven days following employment, and a tuberculosis test at the time of screening.
