**Job Description**Event Crew 3 will serve as primary "lead" of specific higher trained areas such as Exhibitions, Tent installation, Deliveries, Power/Lighting, or Cross utilization between multiple event departments.

This position will report daily to the Event Supervisor/Manager while working with the other lead positions on completing weekly orders and task with minimal supervision.

Other duties include being responsible for loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and repairing equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and exhibition installation/strike.

In addition, the incumbent will provide general assistance and support for leadership, the department, and the company as needed.**Essential Job Duties:**1. Oversee and contribute in the delivery/setup/strike of stages, dance floors, lighting, tables, chairs, etc with minimal to no supervision.

2. Must be capable of installing all frame/pole tent installations and below in size with minimal supervision, and supporting structure install/strike as a team.

3. Lead a small crew in the event that the crew lead or supervisor is unavailable.

4. Oversee and execute exhibition related task such as installs/strikes/and maintenance.

5. Responsible for ensuring inventory is in good condition and available for use.

6. Uphold company safety standards and ensure safety procedures are followed.

7. Ensuring all event needs are loaded, secured and handled safely and effectively.

8. Interacting professionally with guest, clients, and internal departments.

9. Rigging chandeliers, lighting, etc and following the correct safety procedures.

10. Connecting Power needs up to 50 amps safely via commercial connections.

11. Safe operation of Forklifts, telehandlers, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts with training.**Requirements:**1. High school diploma (or GED). Additional training preferred.

2. At least two (2) years of related experience. Ideal candidates will have relevant event experience.

3. Demonstrated commitment to providing world class internal/external guest service.

4. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic math skills a must.

5. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; must be able to convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively.

6. Strong planning, organizational, and project/time management skills; prioritizes work and can adapt as needed. Keen attention to detail with focus on quality and service.

7. Proactive, takes initiative, and exercises good judgment; creatively problem solves and handles a variety of situations in a professional manner.

8. Can operate effectively in an intense and dynamic guest service environment.**Additional Responsibilities**1. General assistance and support for leadership, the department, and company as needed.

2. Will be required to drive a box truck and pull a trailer as needed.

3. Continued training to stay on top of industry standards and correct equipment procedures.

4. Keeping track of damaged items and reporting them to leadership where the decision to replace or repair will be made.

5. Utilize pull sheets and the work order system to keep track of request.

6. Working with and supporting mutliple internal departments on estate wide projects such as exhibitions, Christmas, illumination, and other special events.

7. Must complete all certifications withing 120 days.**Qualifications**1. High school diploma (or GED). Additional training preferred.

2. At least two (2) years of related experience. Ideal candidates will have relevant event experience and/or leadership experience.

8. Can operate effectively in an intense and dynamic guest service environment.**Physical Requirements:**1. Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds on a regular basis with assistance.

2. Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.

3. Forklift certification may be required.

4. Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and/or scaffolding.

5. Must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper applications.

6. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.

7.
