Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact

As Senior Director, Data Product Operations, you’ll play a critical leadership role in powering Epsilon Data’s digital and media revenue growth. You’ll own and evolve the end‑to‑end product operations operating model that turns product and business strategy into reliable, scalable execution. By strengthening workflows across audience creation, onboarding, delivery, partner integrations, and billing, you’ll reduce friction, improve speed, and enable the business to operate with greater confidence, efficiency, and scale.

Your leadership will directly influence how data products move from concept to revenue, ensuring operational excellence supports Epsilon’s industry‑leading audience creation and activation capabilities.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Achieve

Own and continuously improve the product operations operating model to enable predictable, high‑quality execution across digital and media workflows.

Translate product and business strategy into scalable operational plans that support audience onboarding, delivery, partner integrations, and audit‑ready billing.

Define and deliver an AI and automation roadmap that increases operational efficiency, speed, and scale across core workflows.

Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, and client‑facing teams to ensure dependable delivery and accurate revenue realization.

Streamline partner integrations and workflows while finding opportunities to expand digital and media revenue.

Establish, track, and communicate operational critical metrics across onboarding, delivery, and billing to guide decision‑making and measure impact.

Build and develop strong Product Owners and operational teams by setting clear standards, coaching leaders, and shifting teams from task execution to outcome ownership.

Qualifications
Who You Are

What You’ll Bring With You

10+ years of experience in product operations, digital or media operations, or product management—ideally within data‑driven or ad tech environments.

Proven experience leading both product and operational teams, including people managers and senior leaders.

A strong understanding of digital and media ecosystems, including audience creation and data activation to downstream platforms.

Hands‑on experience owning or partnering closely on digital onboarding and billing workflows.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, paired with operational rigor and a focus on execution.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align senior and executive partners.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Base Salary: $132,800.00 - $246,600.00

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
