Sales Director - Assisted Living and Memory Care

Job Summary:

Meadow Falls of Finneytown is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Admissions and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Admissions will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with area referral sources, while ensuring a seamless admissions process for prospective residents and their families. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the executive team to establish and achieve marketing goals and objectives
Design and implement effective referral generation and conversion strategies to drive admissions
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, social workers, and other key stakeholders
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing and admissions strategies
Develop and manage the marketing budget to achieve strategic goals and objectives
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions in the senior living industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of success in developing key referral partners and increasing occupancy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
