Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kansas, United States, for a Personal Lines Producer. The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing clients' insurance needs, and recommending suitable policy options. The role requires managing new and renewal accounts, processing various policy-related transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Personal Lines Producer will also identify sales opportunities, generate new leads, and ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

Strong sales and relationship-building skills to effectively communicate with clients and grow business

Experience in assessing customer insurance needs and recommending appropriate personal lines products

Proficiency in insurance policy management, handling renewals, and processing transactions

Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in using insurance agency management systems and relevant software tools

Insurance-related certifications or licensure, or the ability to obtain required licensing in a timely manner

Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly advantageous
