We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Marketing Manager to help drive growth through strategic partner relationships. Provide day‑to‑day ownership of alliance marketing execution and partner workstreams across strategic partners. This role will focus on building and executing partner marketing programs that generate demand, strengthen partner engagement, and support joint go‑to‑market initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Workstream Ownership:
Manage day‑to‑day workstreams across major strategic partners (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, SIs). Keep complex, multi‑stakeholder projects moving toward a deadline.
B2B SaaS Fluency:
Strong background in the tech ecosystem, understanding how to drive demand and engagement through joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
Strategic Content Creation:
Draft and design high‑impact partner communications, internal updates, and executive‑level presentations.
Partner Marketing Program Coordination:
Align partner, event, and regional teams to execute joint campaigns, nurtures, and events.
Cross‑Functional Execution:
Drive follow‑ups and alignment across internal teams to ensure no initiative stalls.
Operational Inputs:
Partner with Ops and Data Science to prepare data and insights for MBRs and pipeline tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing
Enterprise partner or alliance marketing experience
Strong program management and communication skills
Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Comfortable working independently and driving execution
Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology environments; proven experience supporting demand generation initiatives with partners
Experience developing marketing content and campaign assets
Highly proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast‑paced environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality and speed of execution
