We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator to support both marketing initiatives and recruitment coordination efforts from a marketing and employer branding perspective. This role will support social media management, website updates, recruitment marketing campaigns, email communications, blog management, and event coordination.

The Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in helping strengthen brand awareness, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment visibility through digital marketing efforts and community outreach. This individual will also support recruiting events and attend local and surrounding college career fairs and networking events as needed.

Assist with the execution of marketing and recruitment marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Create, schedule, and manage social media content to support company branding and recruiting efforts.

Maintain and update company websites, career pages, blog content, and other digital platforms.

Support email marketing initiatives, including newsletters, recruiting communications, and email blasts.

Assist with creating and posting blog updates and marketing content.

Coordinate marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign deliverables.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment advertising efforts.

Assist with the promotion of open positions across social media and marketing channels.

Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, campus outreach activities, and networking events.

Attend local and surrounding college recruiting events as needed.

Assist with ordering, organizing, and preparing recruiting and marketing materials for events.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to support candidate engagement strategies.

Monitor and maintain brand consistency across marketing and recruitment materials.

Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite event setup when required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage both creative and administrative responsibilities.

Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for marketing and recruitment campaigns.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education or Formal Training:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, recruitment coordination, or related support role preferred.

Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.

Experience with website maintenance and content updates required.

Experience with WordPress is a plus.

Experience supporting recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives is preferred.

Event coordination or campus recruiting experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms/tools preferred.

Additional:

Ability to travel locally for recruiting events and networking activities as needed.

Occasional evening event attendance may be required.

Candidates must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check.
