Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies that align with business goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for social media, and the ability to produce high-quality content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, and growth.

Plan and manage the content calendar across platforms.

Create on-site content, including shooting photos and videos of products, events, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes activities.

Produce content for social platforms, including Reels, short-form videos, and static posts.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.

Monitor performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and optimize content accordingly.

Stay updated on trends, formats, and opportunities within the culinary, hospitality, and lifestyle spaces.

Ensure brand consistency and elevate brand perception across all channels.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Experience with social media marketing and marketing communications.

Skilled in using Adobe and CapCut.

2-3 years of experience in social media or marketing roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment & Location
The position is based on-site from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, in Beltsville, with occasional visits to the Elkridge office. The role offers a vibrant and collaborative work environment, with opportunities to engage in the culinary, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.

Job Type: Contract position.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
