Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $21 p.h
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
What's the Job?
Assemble mechanical and electrical components with precision and care
Conduct product testing on battery packs, ensuring safety around heavy-duty electrical equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by implementing and upholding 5S principles
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Provide technical support and training to team members, fostering a collaborative work culture
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a production technician or in a similar industrial role
High School diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a multi-shift environment
Proficiency with computers and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
