Youll be expected to guide conversations, identify real problems, and convert inquiries into paying customers./ppIf youre uncomfortable asking for the sale or working toward targets, this wont be the right fit./ph3What Youll Be Doing/h3ulliHandle inbound calls and web inquiries from potential customers/liliConduct detailed consultations to understand pest issues and urgency/liliRecommend the right services and clearly explain value/liliPrepare quotes and guide customers toward a decision/liliOvercome objections and close sales/liliTrack all activity in our CRM/liliWork toward and consistently hit monthly sales targets/liliOccasionally assist with outbound follow-up and reactivations/li/ulh3What This Role Demands/h3ulliConfidence on the phone, you can lead a conversation, not just respond/liliAbility to ask for the sale and close/liliStrong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs quickly/liliComfort working in a metrics driven environment/liliPersonal accountability for your results/li/ulh3This Is NOT For You If:/h3ulliYou prefer customer service over sales/liliYoure uncomfortable asking for a commitment or handling objections/liliYou need constant supervision to stay productive/liliYoure looking for a low pressure or non targeted role/li/ulh3This IS For You If:/h3ulliYouve succeeded in a phone based or inside sales role/liliYou enjoy turning conversations into results/liliYou like having clear goals and being measured on performance/liliYou take ownership of your numbers/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliPrevious experience in inside sales or phone-based sales/liliProven ability to meet or exceed targets/liliStrong communication and problem solving skills/liliExperience using CRM systems (PestPac, Field Routes or similar is a plus)/li/ulh3Compensation
