Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking a Sales Strategy & Enablement Sr. Specialist to join our team. The Sales Strategy & Enablement Sr. Specialist plays a key role within Church & Dwight’s Beauty Pod – an enterprise priority designed to transform how we build and scale our specialty hair and skincare brands (Hero, Batiste, Nair, Viviscal, Toppik, Touchland). This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of Brand, Sales and Innovation, helping translate strategy into execution and ensuring our brands win across customers and channels. As part of a newly integrated, beauty‑centric operating model, you will improve speed to market and enable best‑in‑class commercial execution across the portfolio.

Work Environment
Hybrid : This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in‑person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Translate brand strategies into clear, actionable plans for Field Sales through DSMPs and sales playbooks

Ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales Strategy, and Field Sales on key initiatives

Partner with Field Sales to support net sales growth across brands and channels

Identify opportunities and risks, and help develop action plans to close gaps in sales and profitability

Support development and execution of customer business plans aligned to brand and category strategies

Bring a strong understanding of retailer dynamics and go‑to‑market strategies

Provide analysis and recommendations on key business initiatives

Use syndicated data and internal reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers

Support communication of insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure new product launches are commercially viable and retailer‑ready

Incorporate the retailer and shopper lens throughout the product lifecycle

Represent Sales in brand team meetings to ensure strong alignment between brand strategy and customer execution

Support S&OP processes by aligning demand, supply, and sales inputs

Ensure clear and efficient communication between internal teams and Field Sales

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how a business operates end‑to‑end

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Required

1+ years experience with emphasis on Trade Marketing, Field Sales and Sales Operations within a CPG Headquarters environment

Knowledge of retailer go‑to‑market strategies and class of trade / channel dynamics

Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills

Understanding of syndicated data systems and reporting methodologies

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills)

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $92,500 – $131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
