Position: Salesforce Engagement Manager

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (100% Onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Experience Range: 10+ yrs of exp

Note: Require exp as an Engagement Manager with Ncino and BFSI exp

Role Summary:

Lead strategic Salesforce engagements for banking clients, focusing on commercial lending transformation. Drive business enablement, manage delivery, and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

Define Salesforce-based digital strategy for banking and lending.

Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Oversee solution design and integration with banking systems.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices and frameworks.

Qualifications:

10+ years in Salesforce consulting with BFSI focus.

Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud and nCino.

Strong understanding of commercial lending and banking processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
