What You’ll Do
You’ll own how our content shows up across the internet, especially YouTube and short‑form platforms, while collaborating with the broader creative team to make content better and more discoverable.

Core responsibilities

Own YouTube growth loops

Thumbnails

Titles

Collaborate with the creative team

Work with editors to improve content performance

Give input on hooks, cuts, and formats based on platform trends

Identify and recruit creators

Drive distribution through affiliate partners

Source and produce UGC

Find and brief UGC creators

Turn raw content into high‑performing assets

Test constantly

Hooks, formats, thumbnails, titles

You have strong instincts for what makes content click

You understand YouTube thumbnails + titles at a deep level

You’ve edited content that actually performed (not just posted)

You enjoy collaborating with creative people and making ideas better

You think in terms of distribution, not just creation

You’re scrappy, fast, and don’t wait for permission

You’re excited to be part of a creative, content‑driven team

Have run or grown your own social accounts
