Compensation:

Base Pay + Bonuses,

expect to earn $53,000 -

$65,000

your first year
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualify leads in our database and turn them into appointments for the sales team
Be able to use strong communication skills, and problem solving to overcome objections
Provide excellent customer service by educating homeowners about Vivax processes, products, and benefits as compared to other painting companies
Meet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metrics
What you bring to the team:

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an emphasis on listening, encouragement, and persistence
Hard working, drive, and self-discipline must be a go-getter with GRIT
