Advisory: KPMG LLP seeks Directors in New York, NY.
Qualifications
Position requires bachelor degree in Finance or related field + 7 years experience in offered position or related occupation. Employees will accept master degree + 3 years experience. Employee will accept single degree or any combination of degrees/diplomas/related employment experience determined equivalent by credentials evaluation service to meet bachelor's degree requirements.
Responsibilities
- 3 yrs exp must incl idntfyng EBITDA of compns subjct to plannd transctns & propsng normlztn adjstmnts by anlyss of targt compns' fincl perfrmnc;
- anlyzng Net Workng Captl, incl idntfyng normlzd levl of NWC, agng of workng captl compnnts, pymnt trms & ratios (DSO, DPO & DOH);
- condctng net debt anlys, incl indbtdnss profle overvws, covnnts complnc & searchs for unrcrd liablts;
- anlyzng fincl metrcs, incl revnue, cost of sales, margns, ovrheads & geogrphcl areas;
- idntfyng histrcl & projctd fincl & oprtng trnds which impct targt compny valtn;
- IFRS; & U.S. GAAP.
Salary range: $189,600 - $319,400/yr.
