Requirements
12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with significant leadership experience in high-growth AI, SaaS, or data platform companies
Proven track record of building pipeline-generating marketing engines at scale, directly tied to revenue outcomes
Experience operating in companies such as Dell Technologies, NVIDIA, Databricks, Snowflake, leading Global System Integrators (GSIs), or equivalent high-growth environments
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage and optimize multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, forecast pipeline contribution, and drive efficiency across key metrics including CAC, LTV:CAC, payback period, and marketing ROI
Demonstrated ability to align marketing investments to pipeline coverage, revenue targets, and board-level expectations, ensuring disciplined spend and measurable business impact
Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and modern data platforms
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value narratives
Hands‑on experience leveraging AI tools across marketing workflows
Strong partnership with Sales and CRO organizations
Demonstrated success in driving pipeline, revenue, and market category creation
Experience with enterprise sales motions (long cycles, multi‑stakeholder deals, high ACV)
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
Experience engaging with executives, board members, analysts, and media

What the job involves
H2O.ai is seeking a world‑class Vice President of Corporate Marketing to define, scale, and operationalize a modern, AI‑first marketing engine that drives pipeline, accelerates revenue, and elevates our position as the leader in enterprise and sovereign AI
This role is not traditional corporate marketing. You will operate as a GTM architect and business leader, owning the global corporate marketing strategy across brand, growth, communications, and digital, fully aligned to revenue outcomes
You will shape how the market understands H2O.ai, translating our leadership in predictive, generative, agentic, and Observable AI into a clear, differentiated narrative that resonates with enterprise buyers across regulated industries
You will partner directly with the CRO, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver one platform, one message, one motion, ensuring marketing is a primary driver of pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and category leadership
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will build and lead a high‑impact, AI‑powered corporate marketing organization that combines brand, demand, communications, and digital into a unified growth engine, while actively executing on all marketing initiatives
This includes:

Ensure consistency across all external touchpoints: website, events, PR, analyst relations, and sales narratives
Build a Pipeline‑Driving Marketing Engine
Own marketing‑sourced and marketing‑influenced pipeline targets
Design and execute global demand generation programs across digital, field, partner, and ABM channels
Partner with Sales to drive pipeline coverage, progression, and conversion
Build scalable programs aligned to ICP, verticals, and personas (LOB, CIO, CDO, AI/ML leaders, business executives)
Lead AI‑First Marketing Innovation
Operationalize AI across the marketing stack: content generation, campaign orchestration, personalization, and analytics
Build an AI‑native marketing organization leveraging LLMs, automation and data pipelines
Continuously experiment and deploy new technologies to improve speed, efficiency, and ROI
Drive Global Brand, Communications & PR
Own global brand strategy and elevate H2O.ai as a top‑tier AI platform company
Lead executive communications, media strategy and analyst relations
Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier outlets (e.g., The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, TechCrunch)
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on positioning and messaging
Lead crisis communications and reputation management
