Position Overview:
On behalf of a client, we are seeking a

VP of Customer Success

to lead and develop account management teams, ensuring strong client relationships, retention, and business growth. This role focuses on

team leadership, client strategy, and operational excellence , working closely with executive leadership to drive performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage teams, oversee client success initiatives, and optimize service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the client success team, ensuring

strong client relationships and retention .
Oversee

contract reviews, renewal cycles, and performance reporting .
Guide account strategy, project management, and issue resolution.
Provide coaching and accountability for team members, fostering professional growth.
Identify

opportunities for process improvements, team training, and strategic initiatives .
Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers.
Support

business development efforts, including new client pitches and RFPs .
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and drive client success.
Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to enhance client engagement.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience

in client success, account management, or business development.
3+ years of leadership experience , managing and developing teams.
Strong ability to

recruit, coach, and allocate workload

effectively.
Experience in

contract management, reporting, and CRM tools

(HubSpot preferred).
Excellent

communication and presentation skills , with the ability to engage at the executive level.
Self-motivated with a

problem-solving mindset and a strategic approach .
Bachelor's degree in

business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field .
Ability to

travel occasionally for client meetings and conferences (under 10%) .
