Engagement Manager - Government Services
As an Engagement Manager - Government Services, you will be responsible for:

Establishing key strategic relationships, building and maintaining a project pipeline and delivering customer targets effectively

Partnering with pre-sales to educate customers on Akamai services and solutions

Maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on the customer's needs and business requirements

Being the central point of contact for the customer and cross‑functional teams

Owning program management and being a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get maximum value out of Akamai solutions

Qualifications

Have 2 years of experience and U.S. citizenship due to legal requirements of our customer base

Demonstrate an understanding of consulting processes to identify the best solutions and ensure customer success

Show experience managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully

Demonstrate understanding of network technologies, web performance, web security, methodologies or architectures

Be a natural communicator with an ability to build trusting relationships and ensure customer success

Be a team player with an ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Possess an excellent technical aptitude and a desire to constantly learn new technologies
