About the Opportunity

A well-established law firm in Orlando is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives. This role offers significant ownership over branding, digital marketing, client engagement, events, proposals, and strategic communications while working closely with firm leadership and attorneys.

The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced professional environment. Candidates should demonstrate career stability and professionalism — no frequent job changes.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing & Content

  • Manage website updates, SEO efforts, and social media platforms
  • Develop and monitor digital campaigns and engagement analytics
  • Create newsletters, blogs, client communications, and marketing content
  • Maintain attorney biographies and professional marketing materials


Business Development & Events

  • Coordinate client events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and pitch presentations
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
  • Create brochures, presentations, and promotional collateral


Strategic Marketing & Branding

  • Develop annual marketing calendars and assist with budgeting
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications
  • Support thought leadership initiatives including articles, blogs, and legal publications
  • Monitor online reputation and coordinate public relations efforts


CRM & Reporting

  • Manage CRM data integrity and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Track marketing budgets, expenses, and reporting metrics
  • Maintain marketing databases, event records, and vendor coordination


Awards & Recognition

  • Manage submissions for industry rankings and awards including Best Lawyers, Chambers, Super Lawyers, and OBJ
  • Coordinate award announcements and recognition campaigns


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools preferred
