Headquartered in New York City
Role Description
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to own revenue and relationships across Branded Hospitality's media platform. This is a sales and account management role. You'll be responsible for bringing in corporate partners and sponsors, closing deals, and managing those relationships from signed contract through renewal and expansion.
You'll work directly with the Managing Partner and CMO. You'll own the full pipeline: prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, delivery, and renewal. You'll be expected to grow that list and keep every partner on it happy.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Sponsorship & Media Sales: Sell partnership packages across our podcast (Hospitality Hangout), newsletter (Hospitality Headline), events, and digital platforms. Build proposals and decks, run the pitch process, and close.
Account Management: Own every active partner relationship post-close. Track deliverables, coordinate internal execution, review all partner-facing materials, and make sure every sponsor gets what they paid for and then some.
Renewals & Growth: Initiate renewal conversations before contracts expire. Identify upsell opportunities and build expanded partnership packages.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, current pipeline. Know your numbers: What's in prospect, what's in negotiation, what's closing.
Qualifications
3–8 years in media sales, sponsorship sales, or strategic partnerships: you've carried a number and hit it. Experience in hospitality, food service, or B2B media is a real advantage, not just a plus. You've managed senior client relationships and know how to navigate brand and marketing decision-makers. Organized and self-directed. You build your own process and don't need hand-holding. Strong writer and communicator. New York City based, In Office Position.
