Creative Marketing Designer

Creative Marketing Designer Quarks is a technology company that creates niche products in the field of Social Discovery & Relationship Wellness. We focus on developing safe and effective solutions for dating and relationship development.
Your zone of influence: generation and implementation of new creative ideas that help achieve team goals. Impact on the number of creatives: the more there are, the greater the potential for scaling costs and profits. More tests — more insights and opportunities to optimize procurement.
Results we expect within 6-12 months:
Creation of the necessary volume of creatives (10+ series of videos, and 12+ statics) per week.
Your future tasks:
Creation of video and static creatives to promote the product on various platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, Snapchat) with a focus on video format (~80% video, ~20% static)
Iteration of existing ideas and concepts
Adaptation of existing creatives for the necessary expansion and localization for different languages
Generation of AI materials
What is important to us in this role:
1+ year of experience in motion design
6+ months of experience with marketing materials
Understanding of the principles of animation and the basics of graphic design
Confident ownership of After Effects and Figma
Proficiency in AI tools
Proficiency in plugins and tools for optimizing and improving work
Understanding of performance marketing
It will be a plus:
Experience with advertising materials
Interest in advertising and consumer psychology
