Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
M-Th 4pm to 2:30am (occasional OT on Fridays)

Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role leads production teams, coordinates workflows, enforces quality standards, and drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees

Ensure production schedules, output targets, and quality standards are met

Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and equipment performance

Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance

Train, coach, and evaluate production staff; address performance or attendance issues

Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation

Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure housekeeping and organization standards are maintained on the production floor

Qualifications

2–5 years of supervisory experience

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Working knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems

Ability to read production schedules, KPIs, and technical documentation

Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed

Forklift experience is required (sit down propane lift)
