Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orange, CA, for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will manage sales operations, assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating sales efforts, ensuring timely delivery of client requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to support the growth of the business.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to effectively manage client relationships
Experience in Sales to support and enhance the team's efforts
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
Proficient in CRM software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus
Prior experience in the signage, marketing, or construction industries is preferred but not mandatory
