Key Responsibilities

Utilize REVIT, Navisworks, and the BIM 360 Suite to convert mechanical designs (HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing systems) into precise construction documents.
Coordinate with incoming architectural, structural, electrical, and civil engineering plans and models, ensuring alignment with mechanical drawings and models.
Provide field support and fabrication assistance through coordinated designs and drawings.
Create accurate spooling drawings from HVAC Designs.
Collaborate on 3D coordination of HVAC designs with other trades.
Qualifications

We prefer candidates with field experience or a technical degree and specific skills including:
Proficiency in CAD software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and comprehend mechanical and engineering documents.
Familiarity with BIM standards and guidelines.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong work ethic, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
