Job Description:
Support P&L management and financial analysis to drive profitability and achieve annual financial targets
Conduct ongoing analysis of shipment and POS data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop action plans in response
Support development and execution of advertising, promotional, and media plans in partnership with internal and external resources
Help maintain and evolve consumer and customer-facing content, claims, and product benefit communication
Leverage consumer data, macro trends, and category insights to evaluate new product extensions and adjacencies
Partner with innovation and project management teams to bring new products to market on time and on brief
Align brand channel strategy with sales team priorities
Develop persuasive sales presentation materials for line reviews and brand initiatives
Support pricing strategy development and alignment
Requirements:
3-5 years of brand or product management experience in a CPG environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with shipment data, POS trends, and P&L analysis
Experience developing consumer-facing communications, media plans, and sales materials
Ability to influence and drive alignment across a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
Clear, concise communicator, both verbally and in writing
Experience supporting new product development with cross-functional partners
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
