- Own end-to-end NGS product lifecycle: concept, development, launch, optimization
- Lead and mentor team of product managers
- Manage product timelines, technical risks, vendor coordination, and resource allocation
- Drive market research, financial modeling, and new product proposals
- Oversee go-to-market strategies, product launches and sales enablement initiatives
- Conduct product line reviews and post-launch performance analysis
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Product, Sales, and Executive leadership
- Act as NGS domain expert analyzing market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies
- Define market strategy, positioning, and growth opportunities
- Build business cases and financial models
- Present go
o-go decisions to senior leadership - Own commercial strategy for assigned NGS market segments
- Identify and evaluate partnerships, sponsored research, and acquisitions
- Define collaboration structures and requirements
- Negotiate contracts and track performance metrics
- Drive expansion into new markets or technologies
- Partner with Sales to set budgets and achieve revenue targets
- Develop marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Create sales tools including brochures and web content
- Deliver training for internal teams and distributors
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI metrics
- Represent company at industry events and scientific conferences
- Own and drive global NGS strategy
- Shape RNA-based NGS portfolio direction
- Lead product innovation and commercialization
- Influence company growth and market expansion
- Align scientific innovation with business execution
Qualifications
- 18+ years in life sciences product marketing
- 10+ years leading teams
- Proven track record in product strategy, market growth, and commercial execution
- Deep knowledge of NGS technologies including RNA sequencing and genomics applications
- Understanding of applications, market needs, and competitive landscape
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial modeling, product‑market fit, and growth strategies
- Ability to translate science into business strategy
- Strong team leadership experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability

Salary
Annual Salary: $220,000 – $230,000 USD
