Job Summary
This position focuses on managing the entire partner lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding in a B2B SaaS environment. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to establish compliance, tier benefits, and operational excellence to enhance partner satisfaction. You'll design scalable operations models, automate workflows, and develop strategies for partner growth while ensuring program health through KPIs and feedback translation into actionable improvements.
Job Requirements
- Design and manage the end-to-end partner journey, ensuring system enablement and compliance.
- Develop and manage partner tier benefits, aligning them with strategic objectives.
- Oversee partner support and communication, establishing a Program Support Desk.
- Monitor and manage access fees, exemptions, and terms, supporting revenue recognition.
- Define program KPIs and health metrics, analyzing partner feedback for continuous improvement.
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience in program operations or partner management.
- Strong ability to analyze process efficiency and drive data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communicator with the capability to manage cross-functional team alignment.
Industry Experience
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is required.
- Familiarity with revenue operations, compliance, and lifecycle management best practices is highly desirable.
