The Mission
Your mission is simple: Help generate more qualified leads. Help lower cost per lead. Help drive revenue growth. You will work directly with ownership, sales leadership, and our marketing partners to continuously improve performance. Your success will be measured and rewarded.

What You'll Own
Lead Generation Performance

Own the performance of all lead sources

Work directly with marketing agencies (Google Ads, LSA, SEO, Website)

Identify opportunities to increase lead volume and quality

Help launch and optimize campaigns

Revenue Impact

Help drive the pipeline that fuels our sales team

Monitor conversion data and improve lead quality

Align marketing efforts with company growth goals

Accountability & Optimization

Track KPIs and performance metrics

Hold vendors accountable to results

Bring ideas, not just reports

What High Performance Looks Like
Within 6-12 months, you will help:

Increase qualified lead volume by 20%+

Improve marketing efficiency

Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 $70,000

Performance Bonuses: $20,000 $30,000+

Total Compensation: $80,000 $100,000+

Top performers will exceed this. Your compensation increases as your results improve.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Minimum Requirements

2+ years in marketing, lead generation, or related field preferred
