This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone excited about scaling a high-performing Account Management organization while owning growth across major enterprise and fintech partnerships.

What You’ll Do
Lead and scale the North America Account Management function
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers
Own revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic fintech and enterprise partners
Drive upsell, expansion, retention, and long-term partnership growth
Build scalable AM processes, KPI frameworks, and operational best practices
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Delivery teams
Act as an executive-level partner to customers and key stakeholders
Help shape the long-term commercial strategy for the region

Ideal Background
8–15+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales
2–5+ years leading and scaling high-performing AM/CS teams
Experience managing large strategic or enterprise accounts
Strong commercial mindset with experience owning revenue growth, renewals, expansion, or P&L responsibility
Background in fintech, payments, banking infrastructure, APIs, SaaS, or platform businesses strongly preferred
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong executive presence with experience working across technical and business stakeholders
