Role Description
This is a full-time VMI Specialist role located on-site in Dinuba, CA. The VMI Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inventory, conducting regular stock counts, replenishing items as needed, and sourcing specialty maintenance products. They will work closely with client maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations by keeping essential supplies available while optimizing inventory levels.

Qualifications
Proficiency in inventory management and replenishment processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in sourcing and procurement, particularly for maintenance or specialty products
Effective communication and customer service skills for collaborating with clients
Attention to detail and ability to evaluate inventory trends and needs
Comfortable working in an on-site environment; knowledge of tools, equipment, or maintenance supplies is a plus
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in VMI, supply chain, or related fields preferred
