Title: Social Media Coordinator
Type: Contract (~12 months; strong likelihood of extension)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (mandatory alignment)
Conversion: Possible if local & open to 5-day in-office (not guaranteed)
Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
Execute social strategies defined by leadership (Ellie)
Manage publishing across:

LinkedIn ( primary channel )
YouTube, X, Instagram (secondary)

Use social publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr or similar)
Coordinate campaigns, timelines, and asset creation
Manage workflows via Asana (or similar tools)
Partner with:

Design
Video
Copy / Content

Maintain

strict compliance workflows :

Content approvals
Audit trails
Risk mitigation before publishing

Content Scope

Supporting

2 brands initially

(more may be added)
Approx.

3-5 posts/week total
Strategy & Reporting

Strategy:

Custom per brand (led by Ellie)
Coordinator contributes

light strategic input

(not purely executional)

Reporting:

Standardized analytics framework across brands

Key Requirements

Must-Have

1-3 years in social media marketing
Strong expertise in

LinkedIn
Experience with:

Social tools (Sprinklr or similar)
Project management tools (Asana or similar)

Strong organizational + communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
Highly Preferred

Background in

financial services or regulated industry
Experience with compliance tools:

Red Oak
Compliance Alpha

Familiarity with:

Content approval workflows
Legal/compliance review processes

Candidate Profile (Important Clarification)

NOT a content creator / influencer
NOT just a scheduler or coordinator
SHOULD BE:

Detail-oriented + process-driven
Comfortable with compliance-heavy environments
Able to switch between multiple brands quickly
Capable of contributing to strategy (basic level)

Team & Culture Notes

High collaboration across marketing functions
Fast-paced with multiple deadlines
Remote culture but:

Camera ON required for Zoom meetings
