To support this growth, we are building a high-performance talent acquisition engine focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.We are seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to support high-volume hiring for Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and frontline team members across multiple markets. This role focuses on building candidate pipelines, sourcing talent proactively, and supporting full-cycle recruiters in delivering consistent hiring results.The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume recruiting environments and is energized by building talent pipelines at scale.Why This Role MattersThis role ensures:A consistent flow of qualified candidates into the hiring pipelineReduced time-to-hire across all marketsStrong employer branding and candidate experienceScalable sourcing strategies for nationwide growthKey ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentProactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local outreachBuild and maintain talent pipelines for Restaurant Managers and frontline rolesConduct initial outreach and screening callsPre-qualify candidates before recruiter handoffRecruiting OperationsManage candidate data within the ATS (e.g., Paradox, iCIMS, Taleo)Track sourcing metrics and pipeline healthSchedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managersSupport hiring events and local recruiting campaignsEmployer BrandingPost and manage job ads across platformsSupport social recruiting and local marketing initiativesRepresent ECC at job fairs and community events (as needed)QualificationsRequired1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experienceHigh-volume hiring experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with ATS platforms (Paradox, iCIMS, Taleo, etc.)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage high candidate volumePreferredExperience in QSR, retail, or hospitality recruitingExperience sourcing for multi-state or multi-unit organizationsExperience with AI sourcing tools or automation platformsKey CompetenciesStrong follow-up disciplineDetail-oriented and organizedRelationship builderResults-drivenStrong time managementComfortable in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceBonus eligibility (if applicable)401(k)Medical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffGrowth and leadership development opportunities
