Everyday Coffee Company is scaling aggressively, opening hundreds of Dunkin’ locations annually nationwide. To support this growth, we are building a high-performance talent acquisition engine focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to support high-volume hiring for Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and frontline team members across multiple markets. This role focuses on building candidate pipelines, sourcing talent proactively, and supporting full-cycle recruiters in delivering consistent hiring results.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local outreach

Build and maintain talent pipelines for Restaurant Managers and frontline roles

Conduct initial outreach and screening calls

Pre-qualify candidates before recruiter handoff

Recruiting Operations

Manage candidate data within the ATS (e.g., Paradox, iCIMS, Taleo)

Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health

Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers

Support hiring events and local recruiting campaigns

Employer Branding

Post and manage job ads across platforms

Support social recruiting and local marketing initiatives

Represent ECC at job fairs and community events (as needed)

Qualifications
Required

1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience

High-volume hiring experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with ATS platforms (Paradox, iCIMS, Taleo, etc.)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage high candidate volume

Preferred

Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality recruiting

Experience sourcing for multi-state or multi-unit organizations

Experience with AI sourcing tools or automation platforms
